This piece was composed for Hugh Kelly of Ballyforan, which is on the River Such about ten miles due east of Mount Bellew on the main road to Athlone (parish of Taghboy and barony of Athlone). This Hugh Kelly is probably the son of Hugh Kelley of Ballyforan (born 1656, died 1689). ... O'Sullivan.
